The USA drastically improved with taking care of the basketball and improved defensively. “We spent an hour and a half, teaching our guys the difference between the way you defend in America and the way you defend in Europe.” Said Davis. “I was impressed with the way David Adkins, assistant coach, prepare for each opponent, and helped identify areas of opportunity for each player.” The adjustments spell trouble for all opponents who will have to face the USA Elite. This team may be the best in tournament history.
